Nevada Hwy Patrol Gets "Schooled" on Open Carry

Dear liberty-loving friends,

On April 16, 2011, David Stilwell, founder of GuerrillaLawfare.com, attempted to enter into the Nevada Highway Patrol Southern Command, proudly displaying his 2^nd Amendment right to bear arms (OPEN CARRYING).  Nevada State law prohibits citizens from entering that public building with a concealed firearm. 

It appears one Nevada Trooper was unaware that the law – AND SIGN – apply to CONCEALED weapons, not to weapons that are being openly carried by law-abiding citizens.
