On April 16, 2011, David Stilwell, founder of GuerrillaLawfare.com, attempted to enter into the Nevada Highway Patrol Southern Command, proudly displaying his 2nd Amendment right to bear arms (OPEN CARRYING). Nevada State law prohibits citizens from entering that public building with a concealed firearm.
It appears one Nevada Trooper was unaware that the law – AND SIGN – apply to CONCEALED weapons, not to weapons that are being openly carried by law-abiding citizens.
