Extinguishing Nevada's Helmet-Choice Bill SB150

Dear friends in liberty,

The Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away.  That Lord's name is Senator Don Gustavson, the sponsor of Nevada's 2013 Helmet-Choice Bill, SB150.

It appears the good senator is using me as a scapegoat to justify the extinguishment of SB150, Nevada's 2013 Helmet-Choice Bill.  Senator Gustavson is the primary sponsor of the bill he is now taking away.  He claims he had a good chance to pass Nevada's helmet-choice bill this year.  But because I dared express my First Amendment "Right," he will no longer pursue this Bill.  This rep sent me a long email that I will make public very soon.  (Super-juicy stuff- FOR SURE!!)  Although he did not reference my recent public email to his colleague, a blatant snake-in-the grass liar who used and deceived motorcycle rights activists, I believe it was this letter that got his goat:  http://tigerlilsblog.blogspot.com/2013/03/keep-nevadas-helmet-bondage-law.html

Senator Gustavson made it sound as if my lone actions had the power to extinguish a bill.  Wow!  Is that really the power of one?  And did this Senator even bother to find out if I even still live in Nevada?  I think this gentle "daddy" felt a need to "punish" his "daughter" (me) by taking away something he thinks I value.  But did he consider that by punishing me personally he would also adversely affect Nevada's economy, tourism, AND the liberties of Nevada Riders? 

Indeed, law enforcers in Nevada don't need a reason - or even a helmet law to abuse motorcyclists.  Helmet laws in Nevada are just a tool for Nevada killbots to further abuse motorcyclists. 

But the reality is that this 2013 Nevada State legislative session has a VERY hostile, anti-liberty group of members in their Senate Transportation Committee.  I am 99.9 percent confident that there was no way in hell that a helmet-choice bill was going to pass that Transportation Committee.  No way!!!

I've been keeping notes, videos, audio recordings for the past 3 years since I became awakened to this reality:  THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREEDOM IN AMERICA!

What's that?  You say I'm crazy?  You assure me that YOU own your home, your car, your business?  Well, try not paying your taxes on any of "your" properties, and see who the REAL owners are.

What's the solution?  In my humble opinion, it begins with peaceful parenting, followed by not sending your beloved children to indoctrination camps we call "public schools."

Here is the email I sent to every Nevada State rep and his/her administrative assistant:

Dear Nevada State Reps,
Over 100,000 views on my you-tube channel and growing quickly!!

This above vid is only the beginning.  I will continue to blast to the world when I catch you deceiving, lying, or acting unprofessionally.  You have no where to hide, as the internet is worldwide.  My beef?  Nevada's helmet bondage law. 

Remember my vow of two years ago? It was, "REPEAL IT OR FEEL IT."

Unlike all of you lawmakers who use killbots to point guns at us to rob us (I mean fine or tax us), I will never aggress against my neighbor.  Be honest and admit that unless you're repealing laws, you are tightening the noose around the neck of the very people who elected you. 

Did you know that the U.S. has more people in our prison system per capita than any other nation on earth?  That includes Communist China and former Communist Russia - COMBINED.
